Chalk it up to the long term effects of a massive public brainwashing campaign, financed by the USA.  It's been going on for years, in one form or another.  Most people actually believe the nonsense.  Propaganda works very very well. 

 

The second I heard that Hillary blamed her election loss on "Russian Collusion," that told me everything I needed to know.  How much did they spend on the Mueller investigation?  Those people were so convinced they were invincible, they got 51 intelligence officers to sign onto their nonsense scheme.  

No, it has nothing to do with "Socialism", which I think you don't understand anyway, as you forever label non-MAGAs as "socialist", when that has nothing to do with anything, except your own need to attack. At least you're not as bad as the little guy always tossing in "Marxist" and "Stalinist", which indicates a willful ignorance beyond the pale.

 

Of course the invasion of Ukraine is the obvious negative, but MAGAs buy their messiah's nonsense that "dictator" Zelenskyy started it.

 

Frankly, maybe it's the food. All Russian food sucks, while there are some tasty different cuisines from China (though not Cantonese, which is terribly bland). You can always tell how bad a national cuisine is when you go into an area and see no restaurant advertising its cuisine. "Chinese" restaurants (a very broad term) are in every major city and town in the world, while outside of Russia, maybe you can find some Russki places in Pattaya or Phuket or Brighton Beach, but that's about it.

Russia have invaded another country and slaughtering the people, women and children. 

So they are on my dislike list.

 

Same with Israel and the USA who are supplying the weapons to flatten Gaza.

 

And the USA was bombing Yemen last week also.

 

Chinese are not killing people, women and children, in foreign countries.

 

I have no issue with the Chinese. A peaceful nation who have not been in a war since the 1970s.

Probably because their outward physical aggression is only toward other Asian nations that border China.

That changed my outlook.

Plenty of business's and governments are concerned about China's covert action on spying and intellectual property theft but western countries (which I believe you were referring too) and their masses are not impacted as China aggression is toward asian countries that border them.

 

In the long view China is a huge threat militarily as they have stated blatantly on numerous occasions that their long term preparions are war will be with democracy and the USA

Same... been to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzen, and several other big / medium size Chinese cities many times on organizational projects from 1 week to 3 months. 

 

Mostly stayed at 4 star hotels (my choice), lobby / concierge staff always very keen to help, always plenty of English.

 

Never once had any reason to be concerned about safety / security 24/7. 

 

Many times local folks (mid ages / high school kids) asked politely, in full English, if I needed any help. Taxi drivers always helpful (often with instant contact to their office). 

 

Plenty of polite help at railway stations, in coffee shops etc.  (mostly speaking good English.)

 

Very clean streets etc. Good food everywhere...

My personal experiences with Russians in Thailand haven’t been bad. In all the years I had 1 Russian woman try to cut in line in front of me, thats the only thing i experienced negative from them. Chinese people quite rude and nasty with disgusting hygiene from my experience in Thailand.

I do believe China is a paper tiger militarily. Japan has brutalized them throughout history and they now ally with USA and President Trump so we’re happy they’re on our side with a history of being warriors that China just doesn’t have.  Chinese are followers not leaders. 
Ask Africa and Cambodia what they think of Chinese investment in their part of the world. Invasion of a different kind than military.

It's very simple. China is a member of the globalist criminal syndicate, and Russia isn't. The globalists aren't going to demonize one of their own, when they can blame their enemy.

 

The only real question is whether Xi is willing to continue allowing the CCP to be subservient to the evil that emanates from Switzerland, or whether he's going to join with the US and Russia to destroy them. I guess we'll know for sure if/when he invades Taiwan. Taiwan is a globalist stronghold with all kinds of illegal bioweapons labs. If that falls and the labs get exposed, we'll know Xi switched sides.

Look up The Night of the Sparrows, part of Mao's Four Pests Campaign. The Chinese tried to eradicate the sparrow because they feared that it ate their grain.
