Sure dude, look at the videos and the look in the eyes of those fleeing. Never seen that before and been in many earthquakes coming from California.

    Well no, the earthquake was a factor , but the building should have been built to withstand the earthquake .    Was the concrete below given  enough time to cure before the upper part of the buil

its cantilevered off the other buidling so its going nowehere  its just disconnected to the other, theres a report on it somewhere

itll need two coats of paint for that............... but you could just add 50% water and save, Thainess
