The video is the point. Had you have challenged your set in concrete anti Trump opinion and watched it you would've realized this. As for time stamping there's no point as the entire video is about tariffs and countries wanting to negotiate. Again had you have watched the YT vid you would know this.

If he wanted to bully countries into making trade better for the United States then I guess this is a way but the disruption to investors, businesses and employees around the world based on a whim and a hope that it all turns out is reckless at best.
