DHS Tries To Deport A US Born, American Citizen - Not Clickbait - Can't Make This Stuff Up!

Anyone in the world can sneak in to America, have children and then start voting against the interests of the original population.

Not sure what you mean by "voting against the interests of the original population." (The interests of native American Indians, perhaps)?

Anyway, in elections, people vote for a candidate from one or other of the two main parties (or for an independent).

A vote for which one of the following: Democrat, Republican or Independent, is a vote against the interests of the "original population", in your opinion?

  • So you don't figure one of her clients gave the DHS her email address as a contact point and she can clear this up in a phone call?   It is clickbait.   Micheroni says she won't be

Definitely.  The headline of the topic is very misleading.  DHS did not attempt to deport Nicole Micheroni; it sent her an email by mistake.  The U.S. Supreme Court has held since the  early 1800

  • What a disgusting lie this entire topic is.

The average American really doesn't care who breaks into their country and starts having kids? I somehow doubt that but those people are badly brainwashed. If you poll by region/race it would swing wildly though.

The Republican Ronald Reagan also turned CA in to a state which Republicans could never win again so clearly not very wise people. It's going to be incredible when Texas flips blue due to the immigration also. Once Trump is gone the Republicans are back to business as usual and Texas doesn't have any white people left to win elections for Republicans.

Can you come up with some counter-evidence of your own instead of just sharing your disbelief?

Texas won't have any white people left? Because they will be driven out by hordes of angry Central and South Americans?

I figured your expression of concern about changing the ethnic composition of America was really a fig leaf. Now I have confirmation.

So what, you think if an American receives a letter like this they're just going to pack up and leave or perhaps call in a report it, she's obviously been sent it in error, probably because she's involved with immigration, so he name is in the system.

What a load of drivel, another lame attempt to slag trump off.

These silly word games are so tiring. This is the  kind of brainwashing we have going on now.

If you have a settled population in an area and you break through the borders and have children there and start voting what do you call that?

Do you know demographic voting patterns of the decades? It's very simple arithmetic and a numbers game. That's why California is a one party state now.

DHS told her to leave the country. She's a citizen — and an immigration attorney.

"I think it's really scary this is going on," said Nicole Micheroni. "I think it says they're not being careful."

When Massachusetts resident Nicole Micheroni received an email on Friday from the federal government telling her to leave the country, she was baffled.

"At first I thought it was for a client, but I looked really closely and the only name on the email was mine," said Micheroni. "So it said my parole status had been terminated and I should leave the country within seven days."

But the 40-year-old is a U.S. citizen, born in Newton and raised in Sharon.

"Probably, hopefully, sent to me in error," she said. "But it's a little concerning these are going out to U.S. citizens."

Micheroni is also an immigration attorney, working with many clients facing possible deportation issues, so her name and email are on a lot of paperwork.

"The language in the email is very threatening," she said. "And it looks kind of like a sketchy spam email. It doesn't look like an official government notice, but it is."

A federal judge is weighing whether to stop a move by the Trump administration to terminate parole for more than half a million immigrants in the country, including the families of servicemembers and Ukrainians fleeing the war in Russia.

In a statement, a senior Department of Homeland Security official told NBC10 Boston that Customs and Border Protection is issuing notices terminating parole for individuals who do not have lawful status to remain, and "CBP used the known email addresses of the alien to send notifications.

If a non-personal email-such as an American citizen contact-was provided by the alien, notices may have been sent to unintended recipients. CBP is monitoring communications and will address any issues on a case-by-case basis."

"I think it's really scary this is going on," said Micheroni. "I think it says they're not being careful."

Micheroni posted about the email on social media and has received thousands of responses from around the world.

"I think it's a scare tactic," she said. "I think they want people afraid of immigration."

Micheroni says she won't be reaching out to Homeland Security, and figures this is an administrative error.

She hopes nothing more comes of it.

There is nothing to make up, it is already here and getting even better in the governmental of Gilead:

Trump administration lists thousands of living immigrants as dead to prompt them to leave

Trump administration is cancelling immigrants’ names and legally obtained social security numbers, effectively wiping out their ability to work

The Trump administration has moved to classify more than 6,000 living immigrants as dead, canceling their social security numbers and effectively wiping out their ability to work or receive benefits in an effort to get them to leave the country, according to two people familiar with the situation.

What I would call that is abiding by the terms of the 15th amendment to the US Constitution. You know, rule of law and everything.

And it's silly word games to ask what "voting against the interests of the original population" is? You're the one who came out with such an opaque phrase - you should know what you meant by it.

Confirming their hatred is irrational. If he was so terrible they could use his actual bad deeds to attack him over. Sadly that is not possible, so they make stuff up or bang on about his skin color and hair.

Read the OP then post your question to Yagoda as he seems to be the one questioning the facts. You can discuss it with him since you seem to want to jump on his bandwagon

There were no facts in the OP, just claims from a leftist that makes her living facilitating illegal immigration in the US.

To be clear, her claims may or may not be true, but they are certainly not facts.

I guess you cant read the link which specifically states the letter was confirmed that it was sent in error so I suppose that would be a fact, right?

But still doesn't mean Trump should single-handedly be allowed to change the laws I guess .. .

If you have to "guess" at this, you are already too far gone on the wrong side of the Constitution.
