My 'special order Keto brekkie' at our high end (<฿600) guesthouse.  I can not confirm nor deny, if I ate the insulin raising, heart stopping, ultra processed white bread toast with strawberry flavored, super sugar on it.

No pics -

Ham, eggs, homemade toast, mini waffles..... With avocado & pomelo on the side....

Plus, my wife added a couple of ribs from her dish from a recent lunch at the Dukes.....

Ok, please experts, what is a good cheese for this kind of sandwich?

I thought that square cheddar cheese is the right kind of cheese where the cheese should melt.

If not, why not? And which cheese (available in Bangkok) would you suggest?

In general, I like Edam Cheese (the real one, not in little plastic bags).

I used something like this, I don't remember the brand.

That's nothing to do with cheddar 😊 Not related and probably only met in passing. That's just nasty processed cheese that you shouldn't be eating and certainly not giving to your GF.

Next time, try Gruyere, Gouda, Havarti, Mozzarella.....anything but fake cheese.

I never heard that anybody would mix that with cheese.

I would put some swiss cheese on it ♥️

Anchovies, tuna, oil, eggs and great coffe.

Not a killer view, but totally worth it

Dude does do a nice turn on those eggs, or basted maybe.

I love basted eggs....

Basted ... no water, just a lid.   Had to Google that, as didn't know it had a name.

I love fresh yogurt mixed with cereal and whatnot.

Or a bowl of fresh yogurt with slices ripe strawberries and brown sugar.

I loved breakfasts in India.
