Pleasant, but nothing special. As far as my little spaced out world is concerned it is, indeed, little these days. I live quietly with my Thai wife. She is 70, I am 83. We were married in 1990 in Taiwan. We travelled the world together on both business and pleasure, so it was not so little in those days. BTW, from an old timer, best you calm down, and watch your language.

I worked in a place with a guy who was transitioning, he said his fantasy was to be a bride: trousseau, big ceremony, all that. He was not at all good looking, and when he did his drag the best he could do was Janet Reno (this was in the 1980s). Poor b_stard. I'm sure he'd rather be in a mens' facility, he'd have a more fulfilling social life.
June 3, 2025Jun 3 Thailand has gone to the dogs since legalization of whatever they are selling on the counter and under ! In all my years , I have never seen so much crime, fights, violence, deaths , drunks and drugged fools wandering the streets. It is hurting Thailand and Thai people , families, who are falling into this trap, not only the stupid “ tourists” that should know better. I say good luck to anyone trying to stop this craziness , but I certainly do not condone killing them. Just lock them all up, build prisons.
