Why hasn’t immigration had the clown deported some time ago , he obviously cannot meet either of the visa money requirements let alone anything else.

Its exactly alcoholic goons like this that cause all the immigration faffing around annually for those who are staying and playing by the rules

Residents in Rawai sub-district of Mueang district, Phuket, are expressing deep concern for a German man who has been visibly sleeping on the streets with a severe leg injury for several days. 

 

I just wondered no one ever rang tourist police if worrying about him.

 

I presume he might be out of both money and stay permit. So hesitating to beg  for any help.
