Why Trump is the wrong man for job

There are so many reasons why Trump is the wrong man for the leadership of America at this time. The world is in great need of peace, harmony and someone to unify the people of this incredibly diverse planet that we occupy. Trump is doing the exact opposite with his black heart, and hate filled rhetoric, he is dividing people on a daily basis, and he's giving permission to his supporters to display hatred, division, and animosity toward both non Americans and people of color with his coded language. He is not what is needed, and he is the exact opposite of what many of us would hope for in a good, decent, noble world leader, all the qualities that Trump does not possess.

He seems to go out of his way to stress the differences that we all have, and claim a false sense of American superiority and exceptionalism. That kind of behavior and language is not only not helpful, it's destructive, it's demeaning, it's insulting and it is driving away our friends and allies, greatly diminishing America.

At the same time he is creating a huge opening for China. Without intending to do so he seems to be building up Chinese relevance, and pushing many nations towards them, while at the same time diminishing American relevance by the day. It takes a unique and stunning level of ignorance to be able to accomplish that. Trump is Xi's wet dream.

Assuming you are correct, and if the switch could be made today, please list your top 3 picks for POTUS and why each is uniquely qualified.

Absolutely. A totally shambolic cluster muck. But we're stuck with him for the time being.

The ship has sailed, man.

Nobody cares what you think.

Things are changing because of Trump and ain't nothin' nobody can do about it.

All you whining ain't gonna change nuthin'.

Canada might join up with Australia, UK, and New Zealand to get away from US partnership.

But that's good news for people living in those countries as they will be able to move around freely and their passport will be valid in all countries if it goes through.

CANZUK !

Who cares as by the end of his disastrous four years the USA will be totally insignificant, hated and not worth bothering about!

Different views are fine but the endless doomsday stuff is so tiring and why the Dems lost. Run on ideas not hate.

Well Spidermike007, that could be applied to almost 80% of world country's leaders these days... everyone from the US to UK to France to the EU to Russia to Turkey to Thailand to China to Burma to Africa as a whole to South America to the Middle East, to almost everywhere. Almost everywhere you look, countries are being run by morons that have a deluded voter base. I know everyone on this forum likes having a pop at Trump, but it/the same goes for pretty much everywhere now... why the world is in such disarray and disfunctional.

Not everybody at all- just a vociferous minority who can't accept that they lost and that TRUMP won... surely they should be planning the next election or do they know in their hearts of hearts that they don't have a chance against Trump and his team? It's sad to know that the Democrats are a busted flush

China is crumbling and their current leader about to go down the drain. The problem with China is that we NEVER hear any information about what is going on there; riots, anti government demonstrations, banks collapsing, workers not being paid but we hear everything about America and Trump's woes. But Xi is in big trouble and the Chinese economy is crashing under President Xi. Partially due to Trump's tarrifs which have really stung China. Yes, yes yes. I know that people on this forum are anti Trump & pro China so won't like to read this. But tough sh!t.

Wow. Where did you come from? Someone else that reads a lot of sources I see.

Seriously, Yakov, you're entitled to your opinion and to post it....but to call out non-Americans commenting on Trump when you are one of the main "offenders" (if I may use the term loosely) is beyond hypocritical.

Trump isn’t a leader — he’s a narcissist chasing headlines, not outcomes.

No policies, no principles — just whatever keeps him in the spotlight.

He doesn’t govern — he performs.
He doesn’t build — he monetizes his brand.
He doesn’t act — unless there’s something in it for him.

He’s not here to serve the country — only to serve himself.
He’s addicted to attention — allergic to accountability.
That’s why he’s the wrong man — period.

The poster's sources are certainly more reliable than the sources you seem to obtain your cr@p from that you use to spout forth on here!

Hi Stalker-Flamer. You mean the crap you are never able to dispute?

I blame populism... Many of the countries you mentioned had incompetent, or ineffective politicians, or even dictators in the past 20 years as leaders, so, no wonder that electorates are happily voting for populists these days, even if their campaigns, or political agendas border on the bizarre...

Keep taking your weed (which you have just boasted about taking).  It at least gives you an excuse as to why you post such rubbish!

Because it is democracy and that’s what Americans are naturally like.

You are always in wars with countries you don’t agree with, use your superior weapons to belittle other countries Americans love telling everyone how good they are.

Trump is wrecking the USA for his own enrichment and I am laughing my arse off.

I can’t wait for China to finally overtake the USA and for the world to be peaceful again.
China hasn’t been involved in a war for 5 decades and that was the Vietnam War that was started by guess who?

The idiot Americans love the big idiot, you could be forgiven for making the mistake once but you all knew what he was about and voted for him again.

Now suck it up you idiots.

 Inflation down.

No it’s going up again and will go up more when the tariffs kick in again.

It is simple, if you tax people more for goods and services inflation goes up, not down.

Debt is also continuing up.

Musk understands it better than Trump.

Bring it on, I am happy to see America fail.
They deserve it.

Its only the anti Trumpets that are crying daily, his voters are getting exactly what they voted for.... well apart from bombing Iran for Israel.

Inflation is up to 2.4% last month.

MAGAS don’t ever actually know figures and that’s why they vote for him.

The uneducated vote Trump. They are his base along with the god  botherers.

A lot of both in the USA

But Trump is vowing to stop wars.

Still hasn't materialized, but let's keep our toes crossed.
