Russian President Vladimir Putin is laughing at President Donald Trump, said one MSNBC host on Tuesday.

I saw a recording has surfaced where Trump told how he warned Putin he would bomb Moscow and he told Xi he would bomb Beijing.

 

The problem with the pokerface foreign policy is that when you make clearly unbelievable claims, and even Trump didn't believe he'd bomb Moscow, much less Putin, then you lose all credibility.

 

It looks like this has happened with Putin and Trump.
