The clinics will mostly be able to tell if you have an infection.  Identifying if it is in fact Gonorfhea takes a NAAT test which many of the clinics cannot do.

Suggest 1000mg of Zithro then 2 a day Doxy for 7 to 10 days.

EXACTLY.. This supports my point about why this naive punter needs a bit of schooling and chastising. Bare backing newbies (innocent and probably trafficked) girls from Soi 6 and the like is inhumane. These girls are not educated about STD's and most don't understand that bare backing is very unhealthy and in some cases deadly (untreated HIV.) In fact the OP should get an HIV test since the presence of other STD's increases the chance HIV is there also.

I'd stay away from playing Doctor as there are different strains of the disease, some of which are not treatable with the standard antibiotics that used to work for Gonoarrea infection. 

Just see a Doctor. Any doctor worth his salt will cutlture the green ooze coming out your jimmy and test to indentify the strain of bacteria causing the infection. Then the correct antibiotic can be prescribed.
