Are you really this ignorant, or unable to comprehend the facts of the court case and the ruling?

1. The judge did not rule against  tariffs. You obviously did not read, nor understand the ruling. The court  upheld the tariffs that were applied under the authority granted by Congress to apply tariffs on steel and aluminum. The court ruled that the tariffs applied  by way of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, illegal because the President did not have the authority to do so.

 

2. The court allowed the tariffs to remain in place to ensure there was not an additional disruption during the time that the  ruling is appealed to SCOTUS.

 

3. Your claim that there is a deep state impeding Trump's agenda is misleading because the court did no such thing. As stated previously, the court upheld the tariffs that were  applied in accordance with the authorization from Congress. The tariffs  ruled illegal were those where the Trump administration could not show that it had the authority to place the tariffs.

Spot on. And yes, when looking back at the anemic military parade in DC it's just sad to compare it to the show put on in Beijing. Don't get me wrong, I think that is a positive thing. Big flashy military parades is normally the hallmark of dictatorships (with the exception of France, of course😁). The point is, it should never have taken place at all, as Trump has seemingly come to realize himself based on his sulking posts on the matter.
