Pattaya’s Skypark Lucean Jomtien: A New Icon of Luxury Living

Pattaya's skyline is set to welcome a new standout in luxury living. Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya is the city’s first branded residence under the Banyan Group. Combining lifestyle, investment potential, and global privileges, this condominium offers more than just an address; it offers a new way of living in one of Thailand’s most popular destinations.

A Prime Location with Unbeatable Sea Views

Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya sits just 200 metres from the beach, offering residents uninterrupted views of the sea. Pet-friendly and designed with privacy in mind, it’s the perfect retreat with world-class amenities and a serene lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle.

The development features three towers, including a 60-storey building (Tower A) with 647 units, a 31-storey building (Tower B) with 252 units, and another 60-storey tower (Tower C) with 588 units. With fewer units per floor and exclusive penthouses, each residence offers ample privacy and high-end living.

Designed for Coastal Living

The design philosophy behind Skypark Lucean was inspired by the tranquillity of the sea. Tandem Architects worked on creating expansive units that maximise natural light and sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies fitted with double-layered UV-protective glass.

Inside, the residences offer modern contemporary decor with high ceilings (2.7 metres) and premium kitchen and bathroom fittings, ready for move-in.

The quality of construction is also a top priority, with the project carried out in collaboration with K Pile Co., Ltd., specialists in foundation work, ensuring stability and longevity.

Exquisite Amenities to Elevate Your Lifestyle

Life at Skypark Lucean Jomtien extends beyond the units themselves. The development boasts 18 facilities spread across seven common areas. From the Sunlight Garden Pool on the 6th floor to the showstopper Infinity Pool on the 49th floor, residents can enjoy a wide range of recreational experiences.

For those who want to stay active, there’s a state-of-the-art Sky Gym and a Yoga Greenery for a calming experience. Additionally, the Sky Lounge and Rosy Clouds Bar are ideal spots to relax and socialise, offering stunning views of Jomtien Beach and the city.

The property also includes a children’s play area for families, a multi-purpose function room for private events, and co-working spaces for remote workers.

A Calm Yet Connected Location

Jomtien Beach offers a quieter, more residential atmosphere compared to Pattaya Beach. The location of Skypark Lucean Jomtien allows easy access to the best of both worlds. You’re just steps from the beach, where you can go for a swim, visit beachfront cafés, or go for evening walks along the coastline.

For shopping, entertainment, and dining, Central Festival Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21 Pattaya are just a short drive away.

On weekends, residents can easily enjoy Pattaya’s nightlife or take a quick boat ride to Koh Larn for a peaceful island escape. The development is well-connected with proximity to three major airports: Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, and U-Tapao.

Furthermore, the ongoing high-speed rail project will reduce travel time from Bangkok to Pattaya to less than an hour, making this area even more attractive.

Global Privileges for Residents

Being part of the Banyan Group, residents of Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya will automatically become members of The Sanctuary Club, which offers exclusive discounts and privileges of up to 30% at Banyan’s global network of resorts, including luxurious properties in the Maldives and Morocco.

As one of the most sought-after developments in Pattaya, the project has already drawn significant interest from both Thai and international buyers. With only 13% of the foreign ownership quota remaining, opportunities are becoming limited. This makes it an excellent time for investors to enter the market before prices rise further.

Completion and Investment Opportunities

Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028, meaning buyers are getting in on the ground floor of this exciting project. By the time residents move in, the property will be part of a transformed skyline, with the high-speed rail and ongoing development projects further enhancing the area’s appeal.

With a competitive entry point, prices starting from 5.6 million baht (around US$170,000), and a range of unit sizes and designs, Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya is an attractive investment for those looking for long-term capital appreciation, rental yields, and a truly exclusive lifestyle.

High density development with no public transit system and bad road congestion already.  How's that gonna work?

Baht busses and taxis will be queueing up outside.

Ready to beat up on the Grab/Bolt drivers.

Where will the water and water pressure come from, especially on the top floors.

Is the Pattaya fire department trained for the possibility of a “Towering Inferno “.

And now earthquakes have arrived.

Matches the square meters of the condos. How small are they anyway?

Really nice advertising picture showing the project and location but very different from the reality of Google Earth. The roof top views of Sois 2, 3, 4 and 5 are breath taking.

They'll need to be flying baht buses and taxis

Is that where that other 60+ story pie in the sky condo was meant to materialise from a few years back?

Rather ambitious again I feel with a completion date only 2 years from now!

A quick bit of info as given to me by a Fire Chief:

"Try not to go above the 8th floor for a room as fire ladders cannot extend beyond that"

I wont say I stick to that, I don't, but worth keeping in mind.

To get water to the top something like 60 bar is going to be needed. Be interesting to see how they achieve that. It isn't impossible but not a straight forward solution.

If I'm remembering correctly, Ocean 1 condo was supposed to be built there years and years ago.  We heard about it in 2010 when my spouse and I arrived.  I believe it was to be 90 stories.  I think they started to do some site work but didn't get much beyond that.

They have been on site for about 3 years already.

"The end of 2028" is more than 3 years from now.

So Lucean 1500 units, Cocacapana 2 2000 units, Grand Soleil 2500 units = 6000 units, plus all the rest. Jomtien will grind to a halt.

Curious about what measures are being taken for earthquakes. No mention of the building design meeting ANY earthquake standards. Then there is fire safety. Good luck if you are above the 8th floor.

I'm sure they will sell like hot cakes.

60 bar is about 600 m?

60 story is about 300 m.

And quite sure they will fill big tanks on top and "pump/run down" to the condos?

Or multiple stages?

Who knows how it works e.g. at Unixx?

Roughly 10 meters is 1 Bar. If it is 60 levels each of about 10 foot. Work it from there

Where's the difference to what I write?

Nothing you are right

Unfortunately I am wrong in 60 story times 3 m is 180 m (not 300)

And as I added you could have a stage of tanks in between?

But that's for the experts.

Agreed but the water still has to lifted from ground level to any storage tanks they may use.

There is enough space to put one more high rise Condominium in front. Build first in the less desirable location then  put a second one just in front. Later do follow buildings to each side and your view is the one of your neighbour farting on the balcony. Oldest trick in the books.

Probably the same way they get water to the top of Reflection condo, just down the street, with 55 stories.  Or, Once Wongamat condo, with 56 stories.
