Now that the Charlie Kirk shooting suspect doesn't appear to be a radical left lunatic, what is the right supposed to do? Apologize? That's forbidden.

Quote

In the days since Charlie Kirk’s tragic shooting death, Republican lawmakers, influencers and President Donald Trump have been wildly and irresponsibly predicting and posting online, with great certainty, that the shooter must be a radical leftist.

They all but declared war on “the left” over the death of Kirk, a controversial right-wing activist whom they swiftly elevated to sainthood.

Predictably, the grotesque prejudgment has fallen flat, and the actual suspect in no way fits the right’s cynical political narrative.

  • Stop posting lies. Tylor Robinson was an ANTIFA leftist preoccupied with homosexuality between men.   The evidence is clear as can be.

  • Some posters on this forum think if they repeat a lie often enough, it becomes the truth.   IIRC that's what the Nazis did.

  • I will ask you one question about Trump your president!   How have Trump and Fox News handled this case?

You must be dreaming loudly. All they will do is deny and label it as fake news

Tylor Robinson lived with a transgender male partner.  He was seen kissing and holding hands with his transgender partner. Who ultimately betrayed him to police.

In my view it’s most likely a simple explanation he probably started reading and realized how the decent patriotic regular republicans have been snookered knows enough about history to see were this trump stain is steering us and in a fit of youthful passion did something about it.anyway that’s my 2 bits …..sad for Kirk’s widow and the shooter wasting his life.it would have been better for Kirk to have just faded away along with his ugly ideas.

If you single out one reason, you do not need to do anything about those other reasons. Easier to blame minorities and Taylor Swift for everything, and not even need to bother their brains to see the complexity of compound reasons leading up to two white young men becomes shooters where one missed the target, and one did hit the target.

And forgotten is all the school shootings, attempt murders and murder on lawmakers, and the files of pedos, and everything else’s that complicates life’s of Americans right now.

Distraction at its best, and it always works

I'll wait for the Netflix movie 2026 or 2028 ... "Killing for Love"  IMDB rating 7.9

Maybe titled "UberDriver" and have DeNiro play Kirk ... :cheesy:

Plotline ...  "gay shooter kills celebrity speaker to win affection of his transgender love interest"

You need to take the loss and stop with the hate speech that caused this shooting.

I think you need a time out, no hate here, not at all

That’s a problem, you can’t see your hate.  I need to step and step back and reflect on your hate and own it.

From the OP article:

"I was told, moments after Kirk’s death, that this was undoubtedly the work of the radical left. I saw social media posts and heard comments saying we need to immediately go to war with the left and demanding that the Democratic Party be labeled a terrorist organization. Trump himself said on Sept. 11: “We have radical left lunatics out there and we just have to beat the hell out of them.” [emphasis added]

Need anyone actually ask why political attacks, violence and demonization of others has become such an increasing part of the U.S. political landscape in recent years?  It's because Trump first as a candidate and then as president has normalized it, and too many others, either following him or reacting to him, have followed suit.

Trump himself said on Sept. 11: “We have radical left lunatics out there and we just have to beat the hell out of them.”

Is that the way any thinking American would want their president to be speaking in public about his fellow citizens?

We analyzed 9 years of Trump political speeches, and his violent rhetoric has increased dramatically

October 26, 2024

"Donald Trump’s political career has been marked by a unique and often controversial rhetorical style. Since 2015, his rhetoric has evolved significantly, attracting attention for its direct, often violent tone.

Analyzing his speeches offers a revealing look at how his language has shaped both his political persona and the broader landscape of American politics.

...

By 2024, Trump’s use of violent language had surpassed that of nearly all other democratic politicians we considered, approximating that of authoritarian figures such as Kim Jong Un and Fidel Castro."

Oxymoronic inverse of terms.
Shooting Suspect Fits The Left’s Reckless Political Narrative, Perfectly.

And some thinks this is funny, and everyone who argues against it, is the haters, I start to see the pattern now. You and me are the haters, or the haters, and the reason for everything goes bad in USA.

Give the man the peace price before than later, that gullible old grand pa often called Don

But when Hakeem Jeffries in response to Trump, holds a baseball bat and says "we have to go to the streets and fight" that's all good yes?
