Well, I can only hope the online 'chats with an assistant' get better than they are now. I mean they are on every website we encounter. And of course, like you say, they can almost never answer a question - no matter how many times you simplify the question and ask it in different ways, it ends up saying: 'so you have a question about your account. Is that correct?' "YES" 'Okay, please try again.' - and on it goes and you never get a useful answer.

if it is possible to put Bank app(s) on more than 1 phone  , (?) as in my country  , we could keep a spare smartphone , but i think not possible with Thai bank apps 

And when the AI overzealously freezes a few million customer accounts, there won't be enough staff to deal with all the complaints in a timely manner.
