Joe Biden was not a show boat needing constant affirmation like trump,it’s unusual given his needy nature to be absent for so long especially after the self inflicted double blow the speech debacle and him shutting down the government.normally he would be front and center trying to deflect blame onto others.anyway in my view it’s unusual.

Nice deflection with the comparison to Biden there even though the truth of it is that Biden disappeared for quite extended periods. I seriously doubt you were posting where is Biden at those times. 

I just read an story that the Maine representative is laying claims the shutdown is being caused by the far left Dems. It is also claiming that this shutdown will give Trump even more power. I am most sure this is why @Tug is trying to make Trumps day away from the press into something more than it really is. 

I pity him really when he can has even a day without his hate rhetoric controlling his actions. 

 

This shutdown is perfect for him …he will blame all the problems that he has caused in the USA and elsewhere on it.

This is true. 
Ultimately, if it hits 61 days he can do some great things. He can do quite a bit before then too and has said he will. 
This won't make it past 20 days though before the dems cave

Naa it’s the tariffs trump pulls out of his backside that = an extra sales tax.we paid 10.50 for 1 pound of stew meat that’s over double what we would pay before trump tariffed Brazil….whom we have a TRADE SURPLUS with my backside indeed! coffee up 30% I buy at Costco because I’m extremely price conscious.I build stuff all that stuff is going up because of his tariffs.
