 I have met a lot of drunks in my time and I have occasionally been .  in that category myself and from my expreince most drunks either want to argue and  fight everyone or they just want to go to sleep  and not stand in the middle of a busy road butt naked .To me this bloke must have been as high as a kite on drugs and or had mental issues.

Perhaps it's an obvious question, but why is every unhinged, insane and out of control foreigner attracted to Pattaya? It just seems like they all are concentrated there, and every day that city is in the news. And not for good reasons.
