The layout in the latest version 5 of the Invisions community software involves a grid layout.This is fixed by default anc not optional.

We strongly suggest you switch your current layout option to the grid layout to familiarise yourself with it prior to the launch.

 

To switch,now you can select the grid by using the option from the 3 selectors next to "start new topic" at the top of the Forum homepage.

 

Select the center option and give it a try.

 

We think it's better and easier to navigate.

 

There will be further reminders as we get closer to the switchover.of the new version.

Yes, please provide more specific, more explicit instructions, perhaps with screenshots.

I tried to follow the directions and for me they made no sense.

On the mobile site:

Tap "Forum Home" on the upper left.

You can then see these three view options.

 

 

Does it already make a difference when selecting "Unread"?

I was struggling until I read @KhunBENQ's post saying you had to navigate to "Forum Home" to see the options. I won't have any issues using the grid layout and have already switched to it.

Is there a suggestion questionnaire for who not to invite to the new layout? 

 

Or is it not that kind of upgrade?

 

I would suggest a "Trump and Nothing but Trump" subforum so we don't have to weed through so much junk.
