The courts are courts that were yes bult on the same premise as the British courts but then again so was the U.S. and Aus.

As to the Union Jack please give that a rest as we have not had any real function with the union Jack since 1965.

 

The governments of tehcountries as well as the people are not ruled by a King or Queen.  They gve that up a long time ago.  The King and Queen more represent the commonwealth and are the leaders of said organization.
