Surge in Assault Allegations Involving Afghan Nationals

A series of disturbing incidents involving Afghan nationals accused of sexual assaults in the UK has ignited intense discussions around immigration and public safety. In recent weeks, several cases have emerged, each highlighting grievous allegations of assault against young victims.

In Leamington Spa, two Afghan asylum seekers, Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal, both 17, were convicted for the horrific assault of a 15-year-old schoolgirl. The girl was dragged into a secluded park area and forced to perform sexual acts, capturing parts of her ordeal on her phone. Despite a passerby briefly intervening, no rescue came, leaving her to escape alone before obtaining assistance from a concerned citizen. Jahanzeb and Niazal were sentenced to substantial prison terms, marking a profound betrayal of the sanctuary they sought in the UK.

Parallelly, a separate case in Bristol has resulted in four individuals, including two Afghan nationals, facing serious charges. Salman Habibkheil, 18, and Awal Amadzai, 18, along with two others, have been implicated in the rape of a teenage girl. These charges have prompted heightened police scrutiny and substantial safeguarding efforts for the victim, underscoring a broader commitment to addressing exploitation swiftly.

Moreover, Bolton has become the backdrop for another grave allegation where Sultani Bakatash, 28, was charged with raping two 14-year-old girls. With indefinite leave to remain granted to him and his family, Bakatash’s case has stirred public emotions and fueled debate regarding asylum policies and the protection of young individuals. The authorities stress the importance of non-speculation as they progress through the legal processes.

These incidents have cast a spotlight on the rising tensions surrounding immigration and integration. Law enforcement officials and human rights advocates are grappling with ensuring community safety without stigmatizing entire groups. The nature and recurrence of such distressing events have led to calls for stricter vetting processes and reinforced safeguarding measures.

Avon and Somerset Police, alongside other forces, reiterate their commitment to taking strong action against exploitation and assault while ensuring victims receive comprehensive support. Improved community engagement and targeted policing are highlighted as strategies to remain vigilant and responsive to potential threats.

Critics argue that such cases risk fueling anti-immigrant sentiments and emphasize a nuanced approach that protects vulnerable populations while upholding justice. These events have intensified dialogue within political circles, reflecting broader societal questions about assimilation, belonging, and responsibility.

As these legal proceedings unfold, the public and officials alike are urged to approach discussions with care, ensuring that the legal rights of individuals are respected while seeking justice for victims. The forthcoming court sessions are set to continue shedding light on these critical issues.

Hard to imagine what life must be like for women in Afghanistan itself.

Not really, in their home country, they aren't allowed out without a male family member, so they rarely have any problems.

It becomes a problem in the UK where women want to go out without male family protection.

That, in itself, is horrific.

Surges in assaults and other violent crimes have also been reported from other Western countries, with such crimes being committed up to 10x as often by immigrants from Afghanistan and Syria compared to the general populace. - What does one expect? Many of these people were involved in violence and war actions in their home countries, so how can they fit well into society in another country?

They come from a land and culture where is acceptable and normal to have sex with woman who are alone in public .

Its their right as a man to have sex with any woman he wants , thats why Afghan woman aren't allowed out on their own

What do you expect?

Many of us have been warning about this for years.

Maybe surgical castration would be more appropriate, but I believe its illegal, so they need to change the law!

Import third world people, get third world problems.

In Afghanistan, sexual violence (especially against women, girls, and boys via bacha bazi) is widespread, culturally tolerated in many areas, and almost never punished — making it effectively the norm.

So when they go to the UK they just follow 'their norm' ?

The UK Government are totally accountable for this, cos they let them in, knowing this!!

It is amazing to me how bleeding-heart types think.  Totally illogical. If you bring in refugees from bigoted, misogynistic, homophobic countries, why do you expect them to miraculously change once they are in (insert western country here)?

That's what he meant.

Third world cave dwellers do not mix well in modern western society.

Chemical castration is BS, a; it is costly 1,000GBP b; it rarely lasts more than 3 months, just pop e'm out like the dogs they are...............:coffee1:

I can't get a perspective on the size of the problem if no one reports the total number of raped women.

AI tells me Total Sexual Offences: 209,079 in 2025 to March. For the year ending March 2025 in England & Wales, approximately 1.9 million adults (4.0%) experienced rape (including attempts) since age 16, while police recorded about 71,667 rape offences, a 6% rise from the previous year.

So, were they all illegal immigrants? Doesn't say.

Yeah, of course, it is almost guaranteed that they are not all illegals. Might even be a tiny minority of attacks that are carried out by illegals for all we know (in the absence of trustworthy figures).

But one attack by one illegal is totally unacceptable.  The fact that one attack by a white British male, with parental lineage all the way back into the Dark Ages, cannot be used as an excuse to allow illegals to commit a rape or a sexual assault without the strongest possible punishment and deterrent to others?

A poster earlier mentioned sexual consent classes.  I'm good with that, but it comes with a reality check; ignore this and you and your whole family gets sent back regardless of whether it's a safe place or not.  An illegal committing a rape cannot possibly be accepted!

The Germans also ran a very helpful anti-sexual harrassment campaign. Here are some of the images from it:

I especially like the nasty, fat hausfrau touching the ass of the poor, helpless disabled migrant. This must happen on a daily basis in some cities...

Nobody voted for this as you well know.

I know at least one commentator, Peter Hitchens, who warned people constantly that Starmer would be far more radical and create far more destruction than the mainstream opposition thought possible. How could anyone possibly think a political party dependent on Muslim votes would do anything other than bring in even more Muslim voters?

Its a muslim custom.  Deport after harsh sentence served.
