A police raid in Bangkok on December 9th uncovered an illegal group sex party at a hotel in the Ratchada area. The raid led to the arrest of a 36-year-old man, identified only as A. The officers seized mobile phones, bottles of poppers, condoms, Viagra, lubricants, and metal rings intended for sexual activities.

The operation was triggered by an informant's tip regarding A's operation of a pornographic content group on the social media platform X. Investigations revealed that access to this group required a fee of 449 thai baht, with promotional posts for group sex parties priced at 289 thai baht per person. One of the known gathering points was the Lat Phrao MRT station.

Upon confirming the event's location, the police discovered seven men involved in sexual acts. She confessed to organising and filming these events, and she distributed the footage online to entice future participants. He was taken to Phahonyothin Police Station, where he faces several charges.

These charges include organising obscene acts for profit, producing and distributing pornographic content, and violating Thailand’s Computer Crime Act through the public sharing of such material. Authorities have urged the public to report similar activities to help combat the spread of illegal content online, reported The Thaiger.

In a related case, a British tourist on Koh Pha Ngan was arrested for allegedly conducting sex-themed yoga classes. The classes, held at a local restaurant, charged a fee of 400 thai baht. Police found evidence such as class tickets, promotional flyers, a Tantra massage notebook, and a billboard featuring the tourist's image and QR code during their search.

Key Takeaways

  • A man was arrested in Bangkok for organising a sex party and sharing the footage online.
  • Charges include violating Thailand’s Computer Crime Act and producing obscene material for profit.
  • In a similar incident, a British tourist was arrested in Koh Pha Ngan for running sex-themed yoga
  • classes.

Well done BIB! With those metal cock rings, it was only going to end in tears with a visit to the ER or the fire station to get them cut off from their blackened wisened dying members saves face and cocks all round.

If the police had not intervened on time the very moral fabric of the nation could have been torn asunder, thankfully the wonderful RTP are focusing on true crime, and making Thailand a better place on a daily basis.

They were not just "breaking up a sex party"...

"...charges include organising obscene acts for profit, producing and distributing pornographic content, and violating Thailand’s Computer Crime Act through the public sharing of such material".

Is a voluntary private sex party really illegal?

No.  but what was reported was not just a private sex party, there were illegal elements also...as the OP clearly stated

That's not what was reported.

Do you really think I don't know that? You have the sense of humor of a bar stool that has been subjected to too many farts, if you get my drift. Get some fresh air sometimes instead of quoting four posters in a row within the same thread!

Don't assume that you're in the position to tell other members how to post.  I'll post as many times as I want to, that's the idea of a forum.

Not another porn remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs?

So what ? The RTP should find something more important to do such as combating murder, rape and theft.
