I've used my wise acc now for several years last time oct but now I wast to transfer money to kasikorn bank from barclays uk I can't do it keep getting we ran into technical issue your recipient needs to finish setting up their wise balance first try sending a different currency or ask for local bank details I've been kasikorn and they checked and said nothing wrong their end so what is my problem? It's doing my head in anyone know what the problem is? T.i.a.

The recipient account at Kasikorn in Thailand is your account in your name?

If so, maybe delete it from Wise and then set it up again as a new recipient.

It's a bit unclear, are you using swift to send from Barclays UK? or Barclays to Wise UK then Wise to Kasikorn. If using Wise maybe try sending the £ amount to Wise a different way, i do manual transfer to the account and sort code they provide

This might not be relevant to your problem but UK banks tìghtened ŕestrictions on tŕansfers by senior

citizens from last November to "protect them from scammers". There are new daìly limits. Suggest Google for details.

Who is sending that message?

There are 3 steps in the process, Barlcays GBP>Wise GBP, Wise GBP>Wise THB, Wise THB> KBank THB. Try it one step at a time.
