Trump's board of failure unveiled

Twenty countries have joined, of which the majority doesn't have $1 billion to show.

What is Trump’s ‘Board of Peace’ and who is joining? Here’s what to know.

US President Donald Trump is struggling to attract Western allies to his “Board of Peace,” but so far he has garnered the support of Middle Eastern monarchs, the man known as Europe’s last dictator and at least one leader wanted for alleged war crimes.

But a signing ceremony on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in the Swiss resort of Davos was attended by fewer than 20 countries — mostly from the Middle East, Asia and South America — far fewer than the roughly 35 that a senior administration official predicted to reporters earlier this week. European leaders were visibly absent. The only Western European nation represented was Hungary, one of Russia’s closest allies in Europe.

I wouldn't fancy being tortured by some

Of that lot !

I do wonder how right-wingers feel about that board considering that 13 out of the 20 members are Muslims from Muslim nations.

Board? More like two short planks.

A board chaired by Trump! What could go wrong? 😁

This is like his USFL idea, where nobody would sell him an NFL franchise, so he tried to create a new league. Of course it failed miserably like just about every other business of his.

The crybaby pulled PM Carney's invite to be, or join the, bored/board, because Carney's speech got praise and Trump's got laughter and scorn.

This is just another Trump sandcastle, and a tsunami is coming in.

I'm sure Mark Carney was delighted, saves him the thorny problem of declining the invitation.

The religious beliefs of the participants are not a problem. The problem is that most of them have the blood of innocent compatriots on their hands, starting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (Saudi Arabia), the butcher of Jamal Ahmad Hamza Khashoggi. And, with very few exceptions, when they didn't slaughter innocent compatriots, they imprisoned them or forced them to flee abroad.

My guess is that right-wingers like Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, John McCain, Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr. and Jr. to name a few, would feel very uncomfortable being in such bad company.

But the right-wingers in name only, who plague the Republican Party these days, feel perfectly at home like pigs wallowing in mud and slime, or turds floating in a sewer if you prefer graphic images.

It would be better named the Mos Eisley Peace Board,

because you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Trump bored of failure?

Could have fooled me. He seems to relish failure with great gusto....his casinos, his airline, his "university", his "charity", his steak, his water, his football team, the 2020 election....

Oh wait! I read that wrong.

Never mind.

well what I read about this board, as the Thai's have indicated they have received an invite by DJT to join, a country does not have to pay the 1 billion USD to be a member, but can be a member for 3 years to pay or leave.

Why insult planks and just imagine how "board" they will become when/if he ever chairs a meeting!

Note; it will probably involve giving all the money to his contractors/friends!

I would imagine all the billions goes straight into Trumps personal bank account. Just another con from the professional scammer.

This just keeps getting better. Trump is now furious with PM Carney of Canada after his speech in Davos. Here is his anger displayed for all to laugh at.

Bowl of pizz

Not being invited---or being uninvited---to join Trump's Board of Peace is like not being invited to Jeffrey Epstein's island.

I think PM Carney will survive.

I think Carney could write an awesomely sarcastic response... but he won't.

What silly hyperbole from Trump!

"what will be, the most prestigious Board of Leaders ever assembled, at any time".

I'm not sure, but I think the picture of the Kazakhstan leader is actually Sasha Baron Cohen, back in character.

I posted my theory in the other thread.

And it was ridiculed with laughing emojis.

Most Western countries want Isreal to be at war to destabilize the Middle East for their own interests. So they will not join this club.

Since Trump is flipping the finger to past alliances, he is forming his own alliance of countries that align with his vision. He doesn't care if they are Muslim countries or "white christian" countries.

So all the countries that refuse to participate in Trump's group either do not care about continued conflict in the middle East or they actually WANT the conflict to continue so they can line their pockets.

But of course, Trump may also have "ulterior motives" ... I am not ruling that out. That's just one theory. We need to wait to see how it unfolds as we don't know that Trump is really thinking.

That will escalate with Canada.

Things will get worse with Canada. Trump has a lot on his plate now, but he will get back to Canada and things will get ugly.
