Can I transfer funds from my Krungthai bank to Wise. I already have an account with them, and if so can I transfer from Wise to my UK bank if I was living in the UK in the future? Thanks.

No, you usually can transfer from Thai bank to UK bank, also truemoneywallet has started international transfers out

    It's possible when using your Krungthai debit card as the source to transfer funds into Wise. However, the fees involved are high and therefore I would only use this method for one-off urgent matters. Otherwise, it's perhaps easier to just send it directly as a SWIFT transfer from your Krungthai mobile app to the UK account.
