There's no fool like an old fool.

My only issue would be how come this ancient yob got popped, yet you cant walk down Suk without some African trying to peddle to you.

Must depend on who is getting paid.

They managed to arrest an old white man, but couldnt see the hundreds of others from Africa selling in the area, especially soi 13???? Old man obviously not paying the boys in brown

By the look at that old bloke in the photo and the way that he is dressed there is a good chance that he had run out of money and needed to get some money to survive. The supplier would have picked him because he doesn't look like the average drug dealer just an old busted a%se old pensioner A very sad case indeed.

At 64 years old??

yeah people get really desperate when they run out of money, I have been "living" here for over 2 decades still not old enough for UK state pension, I have income and savings, I have seen this type of person many times (helped a few) it always ends the same way - desperate and broke, I always say the same thing - go home, no country gives handouts like the UK, not been a recipient myself but it exists

Arrested with around 400g of cocaine allegedly intended for sale to tourists!

"... the suspect admitted during questioning that the drugs belonged to him and were intended for customers..."

That quantity would almost certainly be treated by prosecutors as possession for distribution, not personal use.

If the allegations are proven, it looks like the high life on Sukhumvit Soi 31 has come to an abrupt end.

He may soon be swapping a comfortable condo for rather more basic accommodation at the Bangkok Hilton.

At the very least, he'll have no shortage of fellow countrymen to meet at the Bangkok Hilton.😄
