Forest flood has ravaged more than 60 roads and three bridges in Sam Chai subdistrict of Kalasin province.

Kalasin Governor Kavi Kittisathaporn has declared Sam Chai subdistrict, Kam Muang district and Sahatsakhan district as flood disaster-hit areas.

He has told the local people in the three locations of Kalasin to prepare for evacuation around the clock.
