Good Place To Get A Tailor Made Suit?

Recommended Posts

Hey,

I wanted to get a tailor made cashmere suit. Any recommendations? I don't mind spending a bit more for quality, but don't know much about suits/tailors.

What can I expect to pay for a good quality 100% cashmere suit?

Where is a good and honest tailor in Bangkok? (I'm in silom, so close to there if possible)

How many fittings can I expect?

A good place to start would be Raja's Tailor located opp. the Nana Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 4. Not in the Silom area but easy enough to get to via the sky train. I have had a number of things made over the years and never a problem including free alterations. They are closed on Sunday. Ask for Bobby. I dont know about the price or number of fittings.

The following (all Thai owned, I believe) have good reputations:

- July Tailor (Saladaeng near Silom)

- Perry's Tailor (Silom at Saladaeng BTS)

- World Group (Soi Oriental Hotel)
