There is no reason why people shouldn't be doing outside activities, just keep drinking plenty of fluids. Urine should be clear, not yellow, and certainly not dark yellow/orange. It's a tropical country - deal with it.

I was informed by a self proclaimed expert, it is done this way to discourge any other country from having any desire to try and take control of this, the LOS.
