Name For A Girl

Featured Replies

Well peeps, some of you know that MrsBoJ had a scan last week and they told us that we will be having a girl :D And i'm over the moon (although i should imagine that will add 10 more years on to my retirement plan) :D:o

Anyways, we have been racking our brains out for names and upto now i have come up with Tiala as the first name (Tia for short) and Mrs BoJ has said Patchara as the second name (don't know what Patchara means though. Meadish can you help?)

I'm not 100% stuck on these though and open to some suggestions, so any ideas that you good folk can think of would be greatly appreciated :D

I like Tara or Sara as a name for a girl,

best of luck Mr BoJ

I like Tara

Beat me to it, the name of my little cousin in Limerick.

Good Luck

Moss

On Sara, I prefer Sarah. How about something Irish like Siobhan, or Finula or Una?

I'll get back to you on this...

Other little girls can be cruel. As nice as it may be "Tara the Thai" will be too much of a temptation for bullies ( Never NEVER Tina !! ).

Kaya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:o

'

...and what's wrong with a good Rochdale name Mr B.J. ?

........Let's hear it for Gracie.

Go with Grace BJ......... :o

I was going to say give her a scouse name...............but the "Defendant" is a tad long.

On a similar note, my wife is 6 months gone and I think we'll have to call it Jesus if it's a boy cos every time I mention that there will be another Kurgen running about in a few months people make the sign of the cross :o

Great stuff BoJ.

Although I am not good with names, I'll tell you this. Having a cute little baby girl is God's way of punishing all our (men) youthful indescretions & making us (men) more responsible people. :o

Try this name.

Annabel Ratchanee BoJangles.

Cheers mate! :D

There was I thread elsewhere I'm sure about names that worked both in Thailand and else-land.

Ann was one that sprung to mind.

AHH Congratulations BJ!!

I would give you some ideas but I am still gathering my own. Because, as Soundman knows, I too am about to become a father!! :o

We have our first trimester scan this weekend, so it will be a few months till we know the sex but we are working on this too.

Ps Soundman a BIG public thank you for introducing us to Dr Phiboon at Vicahiyut, he is excellent. Thank you!

As for Annabel thats a lovely name its been in our top 3 for a girl for a month now :D

Thanks for the ideas guys, some good ones there for me to ponder on.

Was that other thread on names in Bedlam, Cuban ?

And a big congrats to Kurgen and Quicksilva too. All the best.

My wife's name is Rebekah, but Thais just can't get it! They say Bekah!

Congats to you both Mr & Mrs Bojangles and everyone else

we just had a baby boy ( feb ) i only got to choose his nickname (Harry) my wife's brother went to the local temple back home and gave the monk day date and time of birth and the monk chose Natterwood after consulting his books

Emma is a nice name or Fame ,

well done

yeah...I like the bell names too for a girl...Isobel, Christabel come to mind...there's also Jezebel but this was used to nice effect in the movie Jacobs Ladder where the protagonist's paramour was named Jezzie for short...she was quite a dish as well, a mate who's wife is a ringer for actress Elizabeth Pena named his son Jake... :D

Since we are all having babies, I'll drop the news here.

Our third is on the way, totally un-planned :D but a blessing as I have always wanted three. :D

Funny thing is the wife didn't even know she was pregnant (she regurelarly misses her rags normally) & the new one is actually over 20 weeks on the first ultra-scan. :o

Bad news is the wife wants me to get my balls cut after this one. I've flat out refused. :D

Big congrats Soundman. Looks like we will have to start to Daddies club.

Say to the wives "i am just taking the little one out darling". The wives think we are great and we hire a nanny to take care of them whilst we get pissed. :o

Don is probaly the best name for a man IMO

^^^ahhh poor misguided fool.

Babies are the most puritanical little fcukers, they have a 6th sense when you have been drinking, my little angel has always been a good sleeper but on the odd occasion I have more than a glass or two of wine & get merry he likes to wake up 5-6 times in a night just so I spend the next day feeling like crap. :D

whatever you do, don't do 'Marissa'. Been done to death by parents of Luuk Kreung everywhere.

I kinda like Lilly though...

I like Lilly, also Malee.
