Well, at the time you posted this it was Saturday morning and I was at my punishment of a job with only 3 hrs of sleep. It was just too much fun!!

It's 7:30 am in Kandahar. Another night without a rocket attack on the camp (that's two days in a row now !). On my second cup of coffee, getting motivated to do some personal stuff, and starting to plan my next holiday (it's rough when you have to take a month of paid holidays after every 3 months of work !).

It's going to be another stinking hot, +45 degree day again. Can't wait until next month, when it gets up to the mid-50's !

Maybe Mr. Tiger and Mrs. Tiger can entertain me in December. I will know by Wednesday if I'll be in BKK around that time frame or not. Will keep ya posted.

My nearest neighbours are way out of range GF, and the pigeons have gone and disappeared, they have been driving me crazy for months and now they just up and leave, bastids, spoilt my fun.

Nevermind, Sunday is my favourite day of the week, the day I reserve for laundry duty, hoovering and spoiling the dogs with doggy treats, then later it's off to Steve's house with a bunch of others for an evening of beer, 9 ball pool, and the best steak this side of Bangkok (I found some really hot English mustard a few months back, but I keep forgetting to take it, I'll try to remember tonight, Steve is from the USA, it'll blow his tits off)

Saturday is my second favourite day as I now have a 2 hour slot on the local radio station (3-5pm) and I get to annoy thousands of people with inane babble and music they probably don't like, deep joy. They wanted me to do Sunday as well, but I just can't squeeze it in to my busy schedule.

I'm gaming as usual sweating like mad in the hot BKK weather...... [The AC has been off for 3 hours. My bill last month was 4500B for electricity and I was working during the day. I'm off for a week so keeping an eye on my electric consumption. I'm a tree hugger after all. Nah, 4500B is prolly more than a dozen Jack D + coke.]

Earlier, I was listening to my neighbors on my left screaming and partying and my Indian neighbors upstairs 're-enacting WW2'. It's mildly entertaining.

If things go as planned, I'll be in PI starting January with nothing to do for 4 months. God help me! It might bore me enough to inspire me to write some shitty book.

The "baby elephant" who lives above me has just returned after a two month break - with new boots. Stomping around and around and around. It is summer here now, so most people are wearing sandle like shoes - but not him - stompy stompy stomp.
