Could it be that PTT realised some while ago that they may be made to discount diesel to certain sections of the community. The three baht reduction seems a little less now.

It is more expensive to make diesel than gasoline, reason diesel prices increase more.

Up in my village it was 40.9 baht/litre. 91 gasolene was 39.9Baht
