Pubs in inner city Bristol in the mid 70s were a mixture of West indians, Irish, hippies and future punks. Never saw a fight, the juke box would shift between Mississippi by Pussycat and Stepping Razor by Peter Tosh 555

I liked her first hit about not being able to substitute as a girlfriend to a messed-up guy, though logically she should just have walked away!

Loved this number with her and Pai Pongsatorn

I heard a great song by her a couple of days ago but unfortunately I can't recall its name.

First met her in Aug 2007 in dressing rooms at ch 7, she was promoting her 2nd album on Chung tang sean tong show, she was not really famous then but is still as nice today as she was then. Miss her not seen her for a long time. This is my favorite track now sang neon from her fist album Oct 2006, lovely classic luktung theme

Pai Pongsatorn ripping it up with morlam sing,it would be fun to have Takataen too

Look beneath your lid some morning,
See those things you didn't quite consume
The world's a can for your fresh garbage

imo the chorus here is as powerful as Hey Jude

Some songs just slip under the radar for various reasons

2 versions of the classic, see how they fly like Lucy in the sky - Lennon having fun with the lyrics as he often did

I've always loved songs that refer to trains, even if they're not coming.Wish I'd been a train driver really.
