North Korea has made incredible advancements in rocket science during Obama's time in office do they think he is a clown who spends his time thinking about gays, beer, basketball, golf and talk shows? They do not seem to fear him any more than the local clown on the corner.

I think they think China will always back them, that the US won't willingly start another Korean war (it didn't really win the first one), so they can cock a snook at Obama and all his works.

Did you see his vacuous 'State of the Union' speech this morning? He's addressing the American people as if they are five-year-olds in the first term of their first school. To me that demonstrates the limited grasp he has on events around him.
