Hairs On My Back

Featured Replies

waxing is nothing more as putting some adhesive (wax) on your back and then some cloth to and then yank it off.. same as your duct tape but probably more efficient.

I am sure it would be more efficient, but could remove the top-layer of the skin all together or its adhesive agent could cause serious irritation.

Yes that too... i mean the wax has proven not to irritate the skin.. that might not be the case of duct tape adhesive.

Personally I don't have that much hair on my shoulders but once in a while i need to get rid of it.

Yep, why not; go for it. Others go for the national forest approach and have demarcated conservation areas. And then there are those who remove everything and sport a chest wig. ohmy.png

whatever floats their boat not my call, i might not like the gorilla look but some might.

If its a veritable forest back there you can get it lasered - not cheap - a mate had his done for about 50,000 all in, i think - had to go about 4 or 5 times but he says its never come back since. Maybe that's a bit OTT for most of us lads! :-)

Laser hair removal only works if the hair is darker than the surrounding skin. OP mentions blond hairs, which will not respond well to laser.

Laser is a good option for people with dark body hair though. While it does take 4-5 sessions to get all hair off, even 1 sesson will see a permanent reduction. So it can be done to the extent one wants. For men who just want to be less gorilla-like but don't mind some hair, 1 or 2 sessions might do the trick (provided the hair is dark in color).

Does it really take a forum to define 'wax', no wax'. Hey Aye Hole, roll the dice and gamble, ooh scary.

Does that wax stuff work on hairy palms?

Left the GF back in China...

Yeah, but there's no waxing cure for blindness. :(
