Remember Edgbaston 2005?

Same result here; or will it go the other way?

Odds still favour England, but; Finn's drop, Bairstow missing the run out by a country mile. They must take the chance when it next comes.

Anderson only had cramp; should be fit for after lunch. Can he get 10?

Haha I can feel the tension from here....if the Ausdies win I will fall off my barstool laughing.....if England win I will smile smugly.

I love being a sweaty sometimes! biggrin.png

Will England down a wicket before I can down this Strongbow?

I know ya don't care either way. biggrin.png

If England don't win, I'll feel this Strongbow was a waste of time.

And I still have the Wire - Giants game

Oh - and England appealing but its a long shot...

Review, may as well as England still have 2 left; there seems to be a mark on hot spot..........................

Haddin's out; England win.

But very well played Australia. Who would have thought 5 days ago that it would be this close?

Shame it had to end on a DRS.

Oh the irony of technology deciding the game.

Shame really, was a cracking test match and full respect to the last 2 Aussie batsmen, I think the Aussie batting order maybe upside down tongue.png

SC,

Cyder isn't clear and fizzy and it doesn't come in a can or keg.

It's cloudy and still and comes from a big barrel on the farm!

Congratulations to the England team.

What a match. Full of twists and turns and controversy and with an engrossing ending.

Let's hope the second test is just as good

Maybe yours does. Personally, I drink what I can, and forget about what I can't. I don't drink Kilkenny or Guinness out of choice either

wow ! what a hornet's nest that has rattled up for the 2nd test at Lords on Thursday.

just a shame Billy the trumpeter wasn't granted permission into the ground and the same applies for the home of cricket.

I asked an Aussie today about the Ashes....he said he wasn't interested biggrin.png

The Australians I was speaking to last night said that they were no longer interested in sport after last weekend
