Ruling was unanimous - Im sure Mango Bob thinks that means that the court is completely corrupt and we should disregard the ruling...UN IS NOT MY FATHER!

Constitution Courts reading seemed well reasoned - so Im sure the red shirts will think its bs lol

The only question that matters - what will Thaksin do now?

Yes I'm sure he will not give up so easy....He must find a new puppet again cheesy.gif cheesy.gif cheesy.gif

RT@Aim_NT:Cabinet members who were in the Cabinet meeting approving Thawil's transfer must be deemed breaking the laws too: court.

TR@tulsathit:

It seems Surapong and Chalerm are going as well. via @Suriyasai

So is this the end in terms of protests from suthep?

RT@Saksith: To add insult to injury, the NACC may rule on Yingluck’s indictment tomorrow as well in the rice-pledging case

RT@tulsathit: Urgent: Caretaker Cabinet stays until new Cabinet is in place.

RT@tulsathit: Yingluck and ministers officially involved in Thawil's transfer have been dismissed by Constitution Court.

This is a Thai decision, "Sure. the cabinet can stay but the people must leave. Happy?"

The lunatic SUTHEP failed to accomplish anything so the courts held a judicial coupe AGAIN. If u can't win an election let the courts give a guilty verdict on trumped up charges. Let's see what happens now.

Party at Ban Piichai tonight.

Even the Reds are invited!

Now what happens? Can those remaining ministers appoint replacement ministers and a new caretaker PM?

So you think Yingluck did not abuse her power then? Charges seems pretty solid, as was the ruling. If you disagree then you might want to take off those Thaksin colored sunglasses for a moment...

Looks like the highest ranking cabinet member remaining would be Nattawut ...new Prime Minister?

My condolences to the Shinawatra family on the day that Yingluck fell from grace.

As one falls another will rise and so on and so on. attachicon.gifsarc.jpg

That's the reality. It will be the next Thaksin family member or lackey in place. Patronage on a corrupt, incompetent and attempted lawless scale never seen before. Thankfully the courts are not folding to the Thaksin intimidation like they did in 2001 when the courts should have dealt to his corrupt criminal activity then. Overall a good day for Thailand with more to come. The Dubai sand will be fair grating Thksin's balls right now. Get used to it...

Ok...so can we now arrest and jail SUTHEP

Actually, keep your eyes open. There's a good chance Abhisit's proposal could start gaining some traction.

Without regard to what PTP does or says, the smaller parties will defo be talking about it again.

That would be hilarious. But I suspect this is just act 1 - they can't allow the elections to go ahead without rigging them properly first.

You do realize that the people you are defending as the bastions of freedom and democracy are completely corrupt and stealing the country blind? Why the love?

ever heard of domino effect?

What a glorious day.

The wine is getting opened as we speak.

Do they all get 5 year bans?

And 5 years in jail?

All hail Prime Minister Chalerm.

Nope…Seems like he has lost caretaker status too!

I am guessing the election will now go ahead with the Dems participating under the misapprehension that they could win.

Only a few PTP ( or whomever they may call themselves) have to be replaced and I am quite sure they are already in the wings.

Anyway, we live in interesting times.

....now wait for it......all hell is going to break loose..........you can bet on it.......

No...it's all over.....the only thing the Reds can is make noises.....

Methinks that the cops may now have the wind up and hopefully do their job!

Constitutional Court rules Yingluck and her cabinet guilty

Yingluck-19-wpcf_728x413.jpg

BANGKOK: -- The Constitutional Court today unanimously ruled that caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra was guilty in interfering in the reshuffling of senior government officials, of covering up of facts in the unusual and speedy transfer, falsifying date in the transfer order to cover up facts, and aiding relative to get promotion to top police post which is a blatant interference of senior government reshuffle.

The court said the transfer of former national security chief Thawil Pliensri and the transfer of former national police chief Pol Gen Photo Phosri was merely to make the national police chief post vacant and is a joint effort of the caretaker prime minister to facilitate the appointment of her relative Pol Gen Pliewphan Damapong to the post which is a violation of the Constitution.

The court ruled that the caretaker premiership status is therefore terminated and cannot stay to perform her caretaker role.

It also ruled that since the unlawful transfer of Mr Thawil Pliensri was endorsed hastily by the cabinet, therefore cabinet ministers who attended the meeting to endorse the transfer must also be held responsible and therefore are also guilty and their status must also be terminated.
