CHIANG MAI – May 18, 2014 [PDN]; at 7.00 p.m.; Pol.Lt.Col. Suwit Panyo (Inquiry official of Mueang Chiang Mai police station, Chiang Mai province) was notified that a foreign man shot himself to death. The incident occurred at one well-known hotel in area of Chang Khlan road, Amphur Mueang Chiang Mai, so he rushed to inspect the scene and found the corpse of Mr. Azushi Kimura, aged 35, who was a Japanese tourist. He had been shot with a .38 gun in his forehead.

Upon questioning the hotel clerk the police perceived that Mr. Azushi Kimura (the deceased) had stayed at the hotel since May 17, 2014 but he just kept himself to his self. On the incident day they heard a gunshot so the hotel clerk went to his room and knocked the door but nobody answered so he used an alternate key to unlock the door then he found that Mr. Azushi had shot himself to death with a revolver.
