How do you dress when going out?

Featured Replies

I'm probably the only person in Bangkok who wears seemingly the same outfit everyday, 365 days a year.

-Plain white t-shirt (have 10)

-Cargo shorts (1 Khaki, 1 olive green)

-Cartoon boxers (have 12)

-Black and white chucks (have 2 pairs)

On days I know I'm gonna be out in the sun for extended periods I wear a baseball cap and Ray Bans.

That's it. It takes me 30 seconds to get dressed and I get my laundry done once a week.

What is chucks?. something you chuck away when finished.

Depends where I'm going.

Give us an example.

well i dont wear the gf's panties bc she has a fat ask no ?,which is a shame cos they all silky and perfumey,so resort to my own pants and shorts from oxfam, sandals but alas no socks at oxfam shop as yet but kindly let me know when you next donate some costas, apart from that my or gf's tee shirt.

As for M&S being a designer shop i have looked inside 1 time and yep you guessed it never purchased anything of the <deleted>.

?

Shorts, T-short and thongs.

If it is a special occasion I may also have a shower.

Wife beater to show off my tattoos, shorts about 6ins above the knee, expanded waste size so my fat belly won't hang out too much, and the flip flops.

Chanel suit, pearls and six inch killer heels. And a sexy little hat. And i put my teacup poodle, who's name is Fabergé, in a matching handbag.

Six inch killer heels?? If my wife wore these, she would tower way above me, and I'm six ft tall.

You are truly a shining example for expats.

In Pattaya - Shorts. Polo shirt / dress shirt. Sandals. (Who in their right mind wears long pants in Pattaya?) laugh.png

Other parts of the country, depends on the locale. Spent many a day / night out in denims in almost 40 Deg heat. Ridiculous.

Typically - I do dress - especiallyif going out...I have had made several Thai style shirts made, same style - different pattern/fabric for day and evening wear - blandish for day....fabric and patterns brighter/grander for times later than the dinner hour....if beyond that is required I have the Thai style outer 2 pocket shirt/jac at the ready along with slacks....if more is required have full dress suit and tux on standby
but have only needed once over the years.....fully shined shoes and dress sandals waiting for deployment.....have a list of colors needing selection for the next go-round as - #1 the wife wants to match and #2 - she wants the patterns also matching......so far the daughters get a pass but for the most part she keeps the family color co-ordinated.....Easier to go along with - save the bullets for a fight that counts.....

Need to be a bit careful with the dress colour coding. Still, it is genetic........................tongue.png;b++){var>

I quite like what the guy is wearing in this picture. Nothing wrong with the flip-flops/sandals at the beach, otherwise I would change the footwear to suede loafers or espandrillos. This kind of clobber I wear in Thailand and always Rayban Wayfarer in the daytime of course.
