Yeah maybe, just a shame Wales have Coleman in charge astrong Decent manager and they could have beaten England the other night, Coleman without bale, less than average, bale without Coleman far better.

Yes great PR.

Imagine the huge PR if he came out of the closet.

I am NOT outing him!

But imagine the extra amount of fans.

Hat off for Wales.

they were fantastic weren't they? talk about playing as a team. did anyone have a flutter on bale for top scorer? three in three.

Nice to see other players also step up and remove the one-man-team stamp.

ramsey's an excellent player and joe allen is a bloody good midfielder. rest of them work their <deleted> off as a unit and play solidly. teams have got to the semi-finals of tournaments before with less than that. good luck to them.

I think Wales will survive longer than England in this championship, just my honest opinion. :D

Depends on 'luck of the draw'. Literally there is no such formal draw but you know what I mean. If I were betting and not knowing yet what the match line-ups will be. I would say that the most likely scenario is that both teams go out in the quarters.

I grant you that the Welsh performance against Russia was the second best performance of the tournament (we saw the best one last night from Croatia I reckon). What we have seen though is a team that has played at the top of its game and in England a team that has stuttered. This is football; despite all the cr@p that has been thrown at Roy with some considerable justification the English squad is far superior in principle and luck/fortune/karma often results in different performance levels pre and post group-stages.

Put it another way - injury to Bale or Ramsey would be a major disadvantage. Pick any two players from England's squad except Dier (who has been outstanding) and we would hardly bat an eyelid if they are nobbled - in fact it would be an advantage as it would reduce Roy's bu$$ering about with the team sheettongue.png

Is it Hungary next for us then, anymore news about that?I reckon we can handle them without too much of a problem!
We will then be humiliated as usual by a team that can actually play football like one,Italy,Spain,Germany,Portugal,Croatia or France! w00t.gif

I think it justs depends who plays a decent team first. Wales can certainly polish off weak teams. On the other hand, England simply outclassed them.

thought wales let themselves down a bit against england tbh - they didn't need to play quite as defensively as they did.

I can lip read Portuguese and all the reporter asked was :
"So Ronaldo,do you think it was your massive Adam's apple that made you overbalance and hit the post for the penalty?"

As much as I dislike him it must be hell being Ronaldo. Such a thin skinned, needy and tortured fellow. Not a young man now and still seems clueless.

No one could ever accuse Rooney of being gay. B)
