Yes, that's tongue in cheek...  Though I saw a backpacker who looked exactly like him on the MRT last year.

If I am not mistaken, his name was featured on one of those huge Pattaya condo advertisements on Highway 7 inbound as if to infer who in their right mind would not want Jimmy White as a neighbor.
