Many great cities around the world have a giant ferris wheel as a tourist attraction / earner. In London it is the London Eye. Should Pattaya invest in similar? Where would it be located? What safety features should be in place? How much should the public pay?

Yes they have one in Singapore, not cheap to have a spin.

 

Well they could demolish the police station on Beach road and put it there.

I reckon they should stick it where the current Waterfront eyesore is... after they have pulled it down.

I think they should build it on top of the waterfront to further spoil the view 

 

Pattaya Park had a wheel last time I went there ( a long time ago )
