I am planning to ride from Bangkok to Koh Chang. Does anyone have any advice?

Or has someone already made this ride?

Two of us on a Honda CTX 700N and a Honda CB 500 F

Should be a good ride you can either get paper maps or go on line to google maps and figure out a route. I like the paper maps because they show the whole route not just sections. You may want to go on the pinned section about trips

I've done it a couple of times.

I live near Nawamin Road so I normally go Min Buri, Chaechongsao, Ban Bueng, Klaeng, Chantaburi. Koh Chang.

If you leave early you can have lunch on the island quite easily.

Yeah, it's open to bikes, I've ridden it many times. It was getting a bit rough but they've been resurfacing it so it's improving now, there's some decent stretches where you can open up and go a decent pace.

I normally take it to Klaeng and then turn right to Mae Laem Pim. But you can turn left at Klaeng for Chantaburi and Ban Chang.

I did this ride on a CBR500R from Pattaya to Koh Chang.  The island is super fun to ride on but it is super slick.  I easily got the back tire to slide or spin out with all of 47 hp.  I rode the  whole west side of the island one day.  There is not much on the East side but there is one Pier not that far from the Ferry pier worth checking out.
