LAMPANG: -- A nurse is seeking justice after it was claimed that she was attacked sexually by a doctor at a Lampang hospital.

CCTV footage of the incident in February has been removed from the "Mem Pho Dam" page but an investigation is ongoing.Thai Rath reported that the incident happened on the afternoon of February 18th. A nurse had been to collect medications in the delivery room of a Lampang hospital and was returning to ER when a doctor grabbed her and tried to force her into a doctor's rest room.

The nurse managed to get away when the doctor was called.

The nurse has since left the area but has filed charges of both a civil and criminal nature and is being helped with legal matters by the nurse's association.

She has also registered a complaint with the Medical Council.

Lampang Health Authority have set up an investigative committee.

Members of the public have called for justice to be done in the case.

The doctor concerned remains on duty in his job at the hospital.

Great, tops the usual 'inactive post' any day.

Just as classy as the photo above ...

I hope justice is done. Its a good thing she was not on the operating table and sedated. This guy would have had a field day.

Wait a minute maybe the Dr. Was going to give her s physical exam hate how these things get blown up JUST A MISUNDERSTANDING TIT

His staying on at the Hospital despite such unfounded allegations is more than enough evidence of his high moral standards!
After all, he's a doctor, or at least has a piece of paper that says so.

You wonder how many young girls he has "sadated" in his office or elsewhere in the hospital to take advantage of.

Love it at this point in time it is a he said/ she said but the finger pointers here have him tried and convicted. If he is guilty please throw the book at him but until then wait and see.

Like in the picture when I want to get down and physical my eyes have a tendency to spin.

If there is the slightest evidence to show a case to answer then he should be suspended to prevent further offences or interference with witnesses. But here where people in authority are shown excessive respect, this does not yet happen.

Thank the Good Lord that even in Thailand there ARE women who are brave enough to say .NO WAY! and file suite.

Preventing this happening to nobody no more.

Brave Nurse!!

The incident occurred Feb. 18 and now it is more than a month later. A competent professional investigator doesn't take this long to conclude an investigation with a video evidence as shown. What's holding up the charges?
