Top Suphanburi figure expected to be arrested in "sex with 14 year old case"

SUPHANBURI: -- A top figure in the province of Suphanburi is expected to be under arrest soon in the case of a 14 year old girl supplied for sex.

 

The man - refrerred to only as "Pa Chor" , 52, is expected to be the subject of an arrest warrant following the detention of several other people.

 

The case involves a lady boy and his accomplice who procured the 14 year old victim for Pa Chor and two 16 year olds who are thought to have snatched the girl

 

Pa Chor is a big figure in Nong Ya Sai district reported Thai Rath without giving details as to exactly who he is.

 

The lady boy named as "Jae Beem" and accomplice "Kaem" have supplied police with a picture of their customer.

 

This is set to be shown to the victim in the case today to confirm who it was who committed statutory rape with her.

 

A warrant is then expected to be issued by a court in Bangkok.

 

A total of eight people are involved, some as witnesses and some more directly involved in human trafficking.

he had sex with a 14yr old ....  well I never  !!    who would have thought this sort of thing happens in Thailand .....

well thanks to a certain facebook "yak dang deaw jat hai v4" site in Thai social media that collected the evidence and dare to expose these scums that the police finally took action under pressure from society. 

this is why freedom of speech should never be stifled. 

If this so -called Pa chor was just a normal Thai his name would have been plastered all over the media.

As he is a top figure, his name is being hidden.

Just shows you the double standards operating here.

Expected!......what does this mean? I would prefer to see WILL be arrested. But I have learned not to have high expectations for anything in this jungle.

 

14 years old and younger are having sex every day and everywhere in Thailand,

so what? just because a ladyboy and a pu yei is involved?... did someone say

They are not having sex with 52 year old men, though. With their own age group then fair enough, but not with adults - is that really so hard to comprehend?

the 14 yr old girl was led by the ladyboy and a girl out(family friends that she trusted), got her drunk and then led to be gang raped in an internet cafe and then prostituted out to a 52 yr old man. 

The girl is now in a mental hospital and on 24 watch becos she would commit suicide on every chance she get. She needs sleeping pills to sleep.

The case was dismissed by the local police in suphanburi becos a pooyai was involved. The girl and her mother were threatened by the police instead for reporting the case.

As the victim was taken against her will to this scumbag, it is rape, not statutory rape.

Junta not understand that sort of thinking  

It seems to be that too often their thinking is defined by "what's in it for me?"

I hope this influential person is not able to avoid being prosecuted and if found guilty, sent to jail for a long time. Shame on the local cops for not taking the case up immediately. People should not have to resort to Facebook to get the police doing their job.

ezzra. don,t know where you get your information from but this was RAPE.

Give the perpetrators a bar of soap each and lock them up for a long term!

I'm not a fan of social media, but it certainly can be useful in lawless countries like Thailand. I hope it helps normal Thais realise more and more just how much power they have as a group.

hope there's justice at the end of the tunnel for the young girl.

Well if he is important then they have to ask him if he minds being arrrested or if he would like to pop downd to the station some time, (but only if it is not too inconvenient.)   {A-la Red Bull case}

I think those who have the money or influence to be able to successfully sue for defamation (bearing in mind that whether what is said is true or not is irrelevant in Thai law) are the ones allowed anonymity. Poor or powerless means you get smeared in the Thai press before you get to court.

AMLO may seize assets of group that ‘raped girl and forced her into sex work’

THE Anti-Money Laundering Office (Amlo) will consider seizing the assets of a gang that procured a 14-year-old girl for sexual services. The move comes in response to a request submitted by the family of the victim, who was gang raped.

 

Evidence suggests the minor was sexually attacked in Dan Chang district in Suphan Buri last November and then coerced into the flesh trade. 

 

The Anti-Human Trafficking Division (AHTD) has already taken action on this case, because the victim was a minor and the alleged crime against her constituted human trafficking – not just prostitution. 

 

The girl was hospitalised for three weeks after the incident and suffered both physical and emotional trauma. She has been put under the care of a state-run shelter for rehabilitation. 

 

Her mother lamented yesterday that she was so sad that she would prefer die than see her daughter undergo such a horrific ordeal. 

 

“Please give us justice,” she said with a shaky voice yesterday after a meeting with Deputy National Police Commissioner General Srivara Ransibrahmanakul and AHTD chief Kornchai Klayklueng. 

 

The investigation into the alleged gang rape and pressure to do commercial sex work has progressed quickly after lawyer Songkran Atchariyasap, who chairs a network that targets threats to the nation, religion and monarchy, helped the victim’s family contact relevant officials.

 

On Tuesday, Srivara agreed to meet the girl’s mother and look into the case. 

 

Several suspects have now been arrested in connection with the alleged crimes against the girl. 

 

Songkran yesterday submitted further evidence to police, saying there were three to four more suspects in the sexual procurement ring. 

 

Kornchai said police were in the process of seeking an arrest warrant for at least one more suspect.

How this scenario plays out. BIB approaches the door and go knock knock knock and receive no answer. They look at each other and then say "guess nobody is home" and leave. Another clue the mail box is overflowing.
