Police Warn of Teen Bikers Opening Car Doors on Canal Road

 

 

CityNews – The police have issued a warning to anyone travelling along the canal road towards the 700 Years Stadium at night as gangs of teenagers on bikes have been reportedly intimidating people on the road and trying to open car doors at junctions.

 

Police have begun patrolling the area after a complaint was made by a female driver who was surrounded by the teenage bikers while she was stopped at a red light. The gang tried to open her car doors but she managed to drive away, turning towards the Chang Pueak Police Station.

Id like to see the source of your information.. nothing about drugs mentioned here but you say its because of drug addiction. Teen bikers are everywhere here has nothing to do with drug addiction. 

 

Unless you count cigarettes.. they were seen smoking and drinking... (assuming it was not alcohol because it did not state that)

Who is old enough for to remember when the local Copper scared the hell out of you .You still misbehaved , but was aware of the kicking you'd get from Old P.C.Pimples if he got hold of you. Thanks to Lovies kids ain't scared anymore. I Realy don't understand this Liberal Coblers ,just to Old I guess.?

There is no proof of drugs, nothing.. and you jump on it. Seems your a bit bias. Why steal and rob.. to drink and smoke cigarettes and make your bike nicer buy fuel ect. No drug link here.. no proof.. if there was a suspicion of drugs.. the cops would have tested them (might had tested them already and nothing). But sure.. blame it on drugs without proof. Typical hysteria of people who see drugs as the source of all evil. With proof id accept it.. without its just crazy.

In our local area the Thai motorcycle gangs/street racers are heavily into drugs both dealing and taking. There are a couple of the motorcycle spanner shops involved too. Local night races attract many dealers and buyers to go along with the anti-social behaviour.

No proof but I'd guess it's a formula copied elsewhere.

How do you know this ?

 

I mean if the police suspect drug taking they test the people they have arrested. They then parade them as having found drug users. I don't see anything in this article.

Because I know some of the racers, I know the owner of one of the local workshops, not involved in dealing I should add, who prepares race bikes for the local racers and my wife used to work at the local Police Station so knows something about the scene talking to police officers.

Ok so hearsay.

 

I don't get it the police can make nice amounts of money to catch drug users and dealers. They often do pee tests in bars and so on why would they not let those racers do a pee test. Would make it so easy to get rid of them much easier as catching them for racing. 

 

Must be me, I don't doubt that some people do take drugs (given the huge amount of the stuff in country). But to attribute every small thing to drug use goes a bit far IMHO. People steal for countless reasons.. one of them is drug use. But to state it as the main reason i feel is wrong. Yaba has no real physical addiction like some drugs. (not saying its a safe drug or anything.. but its not like int he movies that people shake and so on to get an other shot (pil) in this case)
