The sad part.... the death of the GOP.....they no better and yet 45 is still there.

No there is no magic bullet for 45, there is only the bashing that he so enjoys, press good or bad, feed his weak little hands and massive ego and prep up the whistle he has....shaped...love the hair though.... poster boy for rogaine..

Wasting money is not a good thing. Trump is putting an end to it. You don't justify bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior. By the way, you failed to mention the trillions of unaccountable dollars happened under Obama not Trump.

Actually the unaccountable Pentagon funds were first noted under Bush the Younger, and highlighted by none other that Sec. of Defense Rumsfeld. And as I noted, when the disappearance of funds in the trillions makes it into the public eye very, very very bad things happen,

Staying on this topic, and in reply to your post, the image of the United States was probably damaged by that, and also by several trillion more dollars that were unaccounted for from the army, under President Obama. These things don't help the image of the US.

This article sums it up nicely.

Read this first sentence,  bang on.

Trump has shown himself intellectually and emotionally incapable of making the transition from minor entertainment figure to major political figure. He is in the strange position of being a B-list celebrity who is also the most famous man in the world. His recent Twitter attack on Mika Brzezinski of MSNBC’s Morning Joe exemplifies that as much as it does the president’s other by-now-familiar pathologies, notably his strange psychological need to verbally abuse women in physical terms.

I think Rachael Maddow makes a great point to the brilliance of Trump's attack on Joe & Mika as we all talk about this  gossip rather than the real news.

True. Here's just a "small" example of something of consequence happening while we all wet ourselves discussing inconsequential Mika and Joe:

Opinions can matter. If Trump wakes up one morning in one of his typical dough-headed anger fests, and someone on Fox News says Iranian president said something non-praising about Trump, then Trump could pick up the phone and start a nuclear war within minutes.

Trumps presidency has become a circus freak show.  Just see his latest tweet showing that wrestling clip of him now with cnn logo on the opponents head.

How anyone can honestly thinks he's ok is beyond me.

In the meantime, after saying how much he will get done nothing has happened. Just a big con.  This will end badly for him and history will show it to be the darkest days in us presidential history.

Trump's love affair with wrestling: It is the perfect metaphor for him: violent, phony and immature.

As a CNN spokesperson said "[Trump is] involved in juvenile behaviour far below the dignity of this office."

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-40474118

That hit the nail on the head for me. Can he not see how his puerile histrionics are bringing his office and his country into disrepute. Putting his thin skin and super ego before the dignity of the most powerful position in the world. He loses credibility behaving this way. Who can take him seriously about anything?

You do, when it suits. Other posters too.

It's all too convenient to quote one of his many statements on whatever as "proof" of his supposed policies/views. Then on other topics, go on about how he can't be taken seriously.

If anyone is wondering how anti-science Trump is, and how that attitude will harm America and its natural environment, take a look at this interview.  Trumpsters will like it, because it's yet another indication of how the US will be debilitated under his rule.

Meh, women, can't live without 'em, can't shut 'em up—waddaya gonna do, amirite?

See you at the men's only club where we can smoke and drink in peace.

Other people's idiocy does that to me.

My own idiocy, I find rather more forgivable.

"several trillion more dollars that that were unaccounted for from the army under President Obama" I'm sure you wouldn't just make up a number like that.  So can you please provide the source?

Also, you apparently don't know that Trump proposed slashing the budget of the Inspector Generals Office. You know, the people who uncovered this problem in the first place and are there to keep the government honest. Trump - draining the swamp and filling it with crud.

What do you think voters will think about this?

U.S. car sales declined in June

Detroit's car companies reported deep sales declines in June, capping a bumpy first half of the year for the U.S. auto industry and setting a bleak tone for the summer selling season.

The reports, released Monday, come as analysts expect overall auto sales to have fallen more than 2% in June compared with the prior year, according to JD Power. The firm said the industry's selling pace hit its lowest point since 2014 over the first six months of 2017, and traffic at dealerships -- measured by retail sales -- fell to a five-year nadir in June.

And by the way, just because manufacturing is increasing, doesn't mean that manufacturing employment is keeping pace. The USA is manufacturing more than ever in its history. Yet total employment in manufacturing is where it was in the 1940's.  Robotics and other forms of automation are replacing workers.

I can if you can't find it with a google search, but I would prefer you try that first if you don't mind.

Sometime in the year 3080 people will look back at the United States' list of past presidents. Oh the embarrassment for his great great great grandchildren.

Sorry Dems but Americans can use a bit more Trump if this is the result

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/us-stocks-dow-hits-record-152135107.html?.tsrc=applewf

Before Bernie Madoff got busted, he said similar things to  his rich clients:  "Hey, not to worry about investing in my fund.  Everything's going up up up.  With me, your investments are safe and you're earning several times more dividends than the average Joe.  No worries, no problems.  You'll win so much with me, that you'll call me up and beg me to stop winning so much.  ha ha ha, have a great day."

The difference between Madoff and Trump is:   Madoff just ripped off rich a few already-rich clients.   Trump is ripping off every American who is not already rich.  He grandly announced (to a group of their cheering employees) 1,100 new jobs at the Carrier Air Conditioning company. Even while he was blurting out his speech, he knew it wasn't true.   Within 2 weeks, the same company laid off hundreds and created exactly zero new jobs.   Trump is to economic development what a soi dog is to a bag of trash.  He'll rip into it, try to find the best morsel of old meat for himself, and leave the trash strewn all over the street.
