    The whole court system in Thailand would need to be operating 24/7 365 days a year if all cases of bribes to get business in Thailand were brought to court ! Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Conne

They can when it's not a classified as a bribe, but called a "gift"

Gifts are acceptable, they can come in all shapes, sizes and values.... 500 baht to millions !!!
