"That's where I tugged, officer". Police called after gas station in Lampang complaints

New Year began badly for a Lampang man after he was reported to police for masturbating at the urinals. 

 

Our picture this shows 28 year old Theerasak pointing to the scene of the crime with his finger - well, we think he is using his finger. 

 

The maid at the PTT station in Muang district had earlier shrieked in horror when she had seen Theersak "pulling the kite strings" as figuratively minded Thais like to say. 

 

She had been scrubbing the floor while the man had been rubbing something else. 

 

Pump attendant Wathee and his mates made a citizen's arrest then called the long arm of the law to take the matter in hand. 

 

Theerasak admitted it was a fair cop. He was still horny from the night before and he had been going for it for ten minutes when he was seen. 

 

It had taken longer than he anticipated to satisfy his lustful urges, he remarked matter-of-factly. 

 

The PTT staff said they were fed up after lots of such cases - many involving the same man who usually disappeared on his motorbike when he was seen. 

 

This time they decided to make an arrest themselves and call the cops.

So the article "begs the question" (note used incorrectly, but commonly used this way, but it really refers to a logical error of circular reasoning); of where in public can a healthy and horny Thai masturbate in public?  I guess investigated journalists from other countries will have to uncover the answer.

And the "dangerous culprit" also needs a good pair of glasses...to spot the CCTV cams all over !......On second thoughts, would the employees have squeaked as such,  if it was a busty, female cutie hottie filing her nails on her hairy below ? ????
