This can probably have a variety of reasons, do you plan to fix it yourself?

Just taking it to a Honda shop and having them fix it should be easier

Some cars disable the stop-start feature as a safety precaution for this reason.

Seen it happen on my PCX when the battery is either on it's way out or partly charged.

Thanks for that. I thought it might be the battery but I just thought I would ask people who are much more knowledgeable than me. So it's off to Mityon tomorrow.
