Count from 30k baht to 40k baht; you should be able to get quotes from law-firms.

I just paid 35,000 last month.think that included registering 4 Thai staff for social fund etc etc

Avoid law firms, shysters charge too much and often give bad service. An accountant can do it for you and they are generally much nicer to deal with.
