How does one watch the US open from Thailand

Featured Replies

I have nord vpn and tried to sub to ESPN +  but cant get past the register page. It just hangs and doesnt proceed. Im wondering if its a nordvpn issue.

Are there any other options? Tried Hulu but they ask for a zip code for my credit card for the 7 day trial and thus cant use that either.

Please help

thanks

You can get a 3 day pass from HDPrime, it costs 95 baht. Get True Money from 7/11 or pay by bank transfer.

I like something more permanent so use an IPTV, in all honesty much more reliable.

I also have NordVPN and tried to signup.

Same issue, after entering data endless spinning wheel.

But: when trying again, the site says: "...mail already used".

And surprisingly I can use the data to login at the espn.com site.

When trying to use "manage subscriptions" I again get spinning wheel.

No idea whether its a problem with VPN detected.

It seems to be a VPN detected issue.

I did some changes at NordVPN:

CyberSec off (maybe not relevant)

Protocol changed to "TCP".

Connecting with "Dedicated IP"

This takes me here where my test ends:

Retried.

It's good enough to just use Dedicated IP.

No change in settings necessary.

have that ,but they have sports channels,no need for VPN,and its

are you saying that after selecting the dedicated IP then you were able to navigate to the espn payments page and watch the tennis live?

If you avail PayPal method;

when you go through identification and delivery email address;

use the same email as that which you registered for PayPal,

in case it is required for delivery of a Key etc depending on what the payment page descibes as  the delivery method

(Paypal users in some countries cannot change their registered primary email address)

I was able to get to the payment page as shown in post #4.

I did not continue form there because it's not in my personal interest.

You would have to try and risk the 4.99.

Try ustvgo.tv.  It has access to ESPN and ESPN2 for free and doesn't require a VPN.

I signed up to ESPN+ a few months ago for a trial  -  actually done it twice .(with Express VPN)

Pointed the VPN to New York ......used a dummy valid New York 10001 and went through fine .

Whether it has changed since then I do not know

I watch the US Open since day 1. It is broadcast exclusively by Fox Sport and Fox Sport 2. You can find them here for free:

http://www.lineballsod.com/doball/live-ch41/

I used to watch Fox Sport on Truevision on their Gold or Platinum package. Crazy what they charge, for me only to be able to watch the tennis grand slams.

Thanks rickb. works like a charm! Stan 2 sets up on Nole!!

I had the same problem watching U.S. channels.  I could not even sign up for various sites like CBS.  I finally went to IPTV subscription.  600 baht a month you get 7,000 channels from around the world plus all the movies and catch up recordings of shows from the prior few days.

I think, but not sure, that the tennis is on ESPN3. The IPTV box I have allows me to watch it live from Canada on TSN which uses the ESPN feed.

One goes to the bar

One sits down

One orders beer

One buys lady drink for the special girl

One orders several more beers

One finishes watching

One takes special lady home.

Simple
